Our jubilant ‘ant Of The Month’ voted by our client for January 2012 is Matt Wells.
Matt was the first temp of our contingent workforce hired 6 months ago, primarily for his prior experience in project management and operations scheduling.
Having assisted in changes made to our workflow processes for a large local program, Matt then went on to work in another office within the NSW region, focussing on different administration, case management and services bookings (e.g. travel & accommodation requests, payment notifications and issuing program schedule letters as adjuncts to the main workflow functions).
At all times Matt has conducted himself professionally, accepting change willingly, applying his communication and organisational skills as required.
He quickly became part of both office teams where he worked and his contribution will be sorely missed by his permanent colleagues.
