What We Do

As a candidate of ant recruitment you can expect a professional service from our consultants who have extensive sector knowledge and expertise. We pride ourselves on our professional, personal and confidential approach.

When we receive your resume we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. All applications are held in the strictest confidence so you can be assured your details will never be discussed or forwarded to a company without your permission. One of the ant consultants will initially call you to have a brief discussion. If shortlisted, you will be invited to the office for a face to face interview to determine your suitability to the organisation and role in question.

This interview should be treated as the first interview of the hiring process, and should be approached accordingly - any relevant documents to support an application should be brought along to the meeting. Remember – first impressions count!

During this interview, your ant consultant will discuss issues such as salary, company culture, and any other questions you may have as well as discuss the position in more detail. Your ant consultant will also inform you of the time frame for hiring indicated by the client, the process for ant in handling the application process, and the next steps.

Upon approval by yourself and assuming you are suitable for the role and vice versa, your ant consultant will then submit a resume, cover letter along with a comprehensive candidate summary which outlines your suitability to the role and the organisation, as well as other details including salary expectations. Your ant consultant will then follow your application up with a telephone or face to face conversation with the hiring manager and will try to organise a time that is mutually acceptable for the first client candidate interview.
