ant recruitment’s manager Sandee McMillan launched Sirius Office Support (SOS) as part of sirius recruitment group’s growth plan to establish their business support division in 2006. SOS successfully rebranded as ant in 2010. Since then they have continued to grow, establishing consultants across a wide variety of industry sectors. ant's personnel have stable foundations with the average consultant remaining with the company for at least 4 years.

For the 2011 Financial Year ant recruitment was one of the most successful divisions in the sirius recruitment group, and with our team continuing to grow they are looking to go from strength to strength.

With over 20 years experience in the recruitment industry ant recruitment brings a wealth of knowledge in the Sydney market to the srg team, with some client relationships spanning a minimum of 10 years. The ant recruitment business model is focused on motivating, leading and training high performance consultants with the focus on managing key relationships with clients and candidates to ensure the perfect match.
